ARTAPESTRY6 Exhibition Catalog

Acknowledgment

The European Tapestry Forum (ETF) would like to thank Nina Hobolth and Lesley Millar for reflecting over the ARTAPESTRY6 exhibition and putting into words their thoughts about the works and the time we live in today.

A very big and heartfelt thank you to head of Secretary, Anet Brusgaard. Her time and engagement is essential for the making of the exhibition, and her endless work and commitment is key in the organization and coordination of ETF’s work. Also, a thank you to project coordinator, Olivia Aguilera Malinovsky, who came and put things in systems and took some of the work pressure from the ETF Secretary.

ETF would like to express their gratitude to the two overseas guests, Helena Hernmarck and Nancy Koenigsberg, for contributing their works to the exhibition and thereby supporting the work of ETF. And to the Aage og Johanne Louis-Hansen Fond and Weavers Bazar for the funding and to Ms. Miranda Harvey for the contribution to the ARTAPESTRY6 exhibition.

A thanks to our graphic designer, Marie Frøhlich, for putting our thoughts into not one but two catalogues. And a thank you to GraphicUnit for the help of creating and printing the leaflet for the exhibition.

Also, a big thanks to Ann Naustdal for her rapid translation and for her help during this process. In continuation of this, Margrethe Agger, Ariadna Donner and Fiona Hutchison should also be thanked for their efforts in making the exhibition come together.

And a special thanks to all the applicants. Without all of you the ARTAPESTRY would not be possibly. The applicants are the force that drives ETF to make the exhibition a reality where more than 40 different and extraordinary tapestries are shown.

Last but not least, a big thank you to the venues that are hosting the ARTAPESTRY6 exhibition for the next few years. It is a pleasure collaborating with these museums in different parts of Europe, all coming together to make this exhibition a reality.
